A documentary film as a result of the project titled  “Embedding the Apology in the Media: How civil society contributes to reconciliation”, by the Toyota Foundation’s 2016 Research Grant Program has been released (Representative: Dr.Claudia Astarita,D16-R-0167).

This film was made based on case studies and interviews of Japan, Germany and Italy. These works provide empirical evidence on how media critically shaped the narration of post-Second World War events and how this interpretation is instrumentally linked to the rhetoric on peace and stability.
