International symposium "Renewable Energy Use in Local Communities: For Our Future" on 4th October (International Grant Program)

Toyota Foundation will organize a symposium "Renewable Energy Use in Local Communities: For Our Future" on 4th October, 2015 at Hokkaido University.
Researchers and practitioners from Asian countries including Indonesia, Korea, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and Japan will share their knowledge and experience on renewable energy use by local communities.
The symposium is co-organized with the Akiyama Life Science Foundation, Hokkaido University Sustainable Low-Carbon Society Project, and Renewable Energy Organization of Hokkaido.
We hope this to be an opportunity for all of us to learn from each other, and to think together about our common future.
