This publication came out as a result of the project titled “Identity Based Development: Exploring how culture and identity can be a springboard for relevant and sustainable development among Asia's ethnolinguistic minorities”, supported by the Toyota Foundation’s 2012 Asian Neighbors Program Special Purpose Grant “Prospects for the Future".
