As a part of the project "Understanding "Us" to know "Them": Employing Facilitative Listening Design regionally to build empathy towards the Other through understanding those we can relate to" (Suyheang Kry, D18-N-0119), funded by the International Grant Program 2018, the animation video titled "The key to a colorful world is Empathy" is published online.
The video shows the story based on the real experience of a boy named Taisong. He is a mixed ethnic Khmer/Vietnamese high school student who lives in Cambodia near the Vietnamese border. In the animation, you will see how his action actually changes other people’s view about who they see as “the other”.
Watch the video in English on YouTube or on the website of Women Peace Makers.
